PERSONALIZED TRAINING
If you’re looking to elevate your running experience, whether it is to run personal bests or to feel your best, a Personalized Training Plan is your best choice. Personalized plans are created around your experience level, schedule and fitness goals with the optional consideration of the menstrual cycle and beyond. If you’re looking for more training and accountability, our Coaching Memberships will give you the extra edge you desire – starting at as little as $22CAD per week.
PERSONALIZED TRAINING PLANS
If you’ve ever used a generic plan, you know they can fall short and often result in missed workouts or giving up all together. A personalized plan is created to fit with your schedule, meeting you where you are in your running journey and for those who menstruate – it also works with your physiology (whether on birth control or not).
Costs vary depending on length of plan. Please contact us if you’d like to purchase a personalized plan without a coaching membership.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
Zoom/phone coaching call – 30min – $40, 60 min – $60
In person private coaching – $75/hr (west end Toronto), $90/hr rest of the city
In person small group – $100/hr (High Park area, Toronto) up to 4 people. Great for a group of friends wanting a bit of support.

CORPORATE RUN CLUBS
Get fit and social with your work besties! In person Run Club style, hybrid in person and virtual programs, or all virtual programs available. All programs include a a 10 week training plan. Contact us for more information and fees.
